Yes they do... during winter I had a few hens with fevers

does anyone know of any viruses, diseases or illnesses that would cause a chicken to have a fever?! I am about to go up an check my entire flock where this d'Uccle just came out of to see if anyone else is acting weird!!

my first thought is that it could be an infection. has there been any discharge from the nose or mouth? Perhaps someone can reccomend a broad spectrum antibiotic to help. perhaps an inti-inflammatory?
