We've had two or three inches of new snow--it's filling up our tracks to the various pens, but is still much easier to walk in.

Number 19 looks like he/she's going to make it. Was able to clean more gunk off of it (it was REALLY covered in gunk) and get its eyes cleared. Came out a few hours later and both eyes were wide open and it was toddling around the 'bator. Cleaned more off and put it in the brooder with the others for a few minutes. It immediately toddled over and buried itself among them, just like a normal newly-hatched chick! However, the others were voraciously picking more gunk off of it and I was afraid they'd get carried away, so put it back in the incubator for tonight. Was able to get a couple of drops of water into it twice today to help replace some of the fluid it has lost.
