I am pretty certain that the FCC has a rule which requires a carrier to give the customer a 30 day trial before penalties kick in for early termination of the contract. That gives the customer time to see if the service is acceptable to them. They also now require the carrier to pro-rate early termination charges after the first 6 months, so you don't have to pay the full $200 or whatever it is, if you terminate the contract before the standard 2 year contract is completed.

I think you are right P&B I was refering to the fee for the high speed internet device. A friend bought one and was stuck with it I don't remember what company but it didn't work in his house only outside and was really slow. We just upgraded from the plug in style device to a wireless hot spot so you can use multiple devices in the same house as long as they are within about a hundred feet.

Today is our anniversay and we have Jaxon for the day, so Dean has offered to take us to the Cement auction this evening.

We have a wired internet at the house with a wireless router. I love it when the grandkids come in with their ipods and just sit down for a few minutes and leave without saying a word. The first time it occurred, Dean was puzzled ~ until I explained they were using the house wireless to download songs to their iPods.

I looked at the phones with the built in hot spot, when I upgraded my Sprint cell phone last summer. The additional montly charge persuaded me to wait for awhile.

Met "Old*Cowboy" at Mary's this morning. His leather working is really nice - even better looking than the pictures. I was expecting a gray handlebar mustache from his screen name, but Guy and his wife are NOT old (nor is anyone else who is younger than I am

Had to go to Newcastle earlier so I stopped by the auction barn and a guy was dropping off a pair of Coronation Sussex, the roo is around 3mos and already as big as my lt. brahma. First ones I have seen, now I know why people like them .

Congratulations P&B ! Sounds like you are having a fun day! Don't over do,and be sure and take some meds before you head out again. Hope you find something to get into a memorable bidding war for!lol

Hi all. Its been a long day and I'm a little toasted right now. We spent the day cleaning the pool and giving the horse a good bath and brush down. Both were pretty dirty. I made the mistake of wearing a tank top today and now my shoulders are bright red.

I need to know if anybody is interested in any of my chicks before next weekend. I'm not going to be able to stay all day and wold like to only bring what is necessary or wanted. I have several bantam chicks. There are Cochins, Silver Duckwing OEGB, and Seramas. I will also have some eggs available in the Seramas and OEGB, if you would prefer that.

Carla or Gerald, I would appreciate it if you could/would have about 3 dozen turkey eggs for me. I don't care what breed, as long as they are the same. If you don't have that many, I will take less and get more later.

Well I have finally figured out and purchased my new layer flock. A few months ago, I mentioned to Andrew that I wanted a few NN, but the ones at Atwoods looked sick. He bought me 23 pullets as a Mother's Day gift, so I think I will have a nice supply of eggs when these girls grow up. They arrived yesterday and are so cute. Now I have to get the new coop and run built. Of course that comes after I rebuild the Serama and horse pen. The neighbor's put a horse in their pasture and our horse decided to take out the fence for both her and the Serama pens and their hotwire to visit.
