I am out of the cat and dog business until I get to the country. Cats don't stay and folks take them away and dogs like to visit the chickens and then run away...we aren't messing with either until we get away from the pet takers

Teach, I got an egg today from one of my rare Black Cornish Bantam hens which has been spending time with a Brown Red Modern Game rooster.
Problem is I don't have my incubator set up yet.

As you might imagine from my GFM title, I have a "reputation" for being able to get a lot of cages, carriers, etc. into my van.


I am waiting for the snow to begin so that I can go to bed. The wind is howling but no white stuff yet.

Kathy - I was greatly relieved to recognize some European license plates on some of the vehicles buried in snow. Sure didn't want to think that kind of snow happens very often in the USA. Yikes!

I can not imagine that much snow!

It is snowing here. What's another couple inches on top of the 22" I already have.
