Hey Greybear here is how my piglet is doing. She moved out to her new pen in the garden today! Had to get her out of the pigeon loft,she developed a taste for Squab!

I figured she might as well turn the garden over. I will be inlargeing the pen in a few days.

Hey Wayne, love the squab, Grizzle and Almonds are my favorite colors in pigeons, I think the Amer hen looks kinda dun colored and you should get Black, Blue and Splash, maybe even a white sport also!!! What you bringin to the Poops??? Lynn

Hey Betsy, I been meaning to tell you I think I ended up with a pair of the Royal Purple Guineas, got mostly males of coarse, all the Lavenders are males 3 of them, have only got four hens I think, been getting one egg from them about every three days now for a couple weeks!!!! Thanks, Lynn

Hey Coral have you found you a Rooster yet for your Penny Hatch??? I got one I would like you to have, he is one I have raised and he is a Beauty!!! He is out of my Toppies and has a small top knot and he is what I am calling FireBack Blue!!! Check out this pic, there were two brothers, I am keeping one to breed and the other is yours if you want him!!! I would love some eggs from the cross with your Penny!!! Lynn

I won't be able to make this one. I'm hoping we can have a fall get together either closer to the center or towards the eastern part of the state so those in that direction can be better able to attend. Afraid several of us won't be able to go the extra distance south for this one!Its not just the distance but it would require overnight lodging for at least two nights for most.Plus with the gas prices climbing(already $3.15 here) it is going to cost more to attend. So hopefully someone will start working on a fall meet!
