Maribeth - I love the idea of getting boots for granddaughter number two. She will want to wear them in the house too, though, so I'm going to get an inside pair and an outside pair.

I received the first completed basket to be graded yesterday. Manly Men, this is the work of a high school football defensive back. This coiled basket with free-form handle is going to be featured at our art show... If his momma will let him bring it back to school

Morning Robin - I've been thinking about your timid guinea situation. I had a Salmon Faverolles who wasn't able to live with the rest of the Salmon Favs because she was always bullied. I put her into a pen with four-week-old Ameraucanas pullets, and she became the coop momma. It worked out well. She's still with that group, so the Salmon Fav now has an Ameraucanas Rooster as her sugar daddy. We can tell her eggs apart easily, so they go into the fridge instead of into the incubator. Keep trying. You'll find a group Flash can live with.
