Robin & Dave - I wish the weather had been warmer so we could stand and visit longer. I was freezing, so I hope I didn't appear to be rushing you. The silkies talked to me all the way home. I moved them into a pen in the barn next to the brooder. All the EEs strained their little necks to see over the side. They have given up trying to talk to the banty rooster across the way, but I think they will talk to the silkies tonight. Everyone in the barn had two hours for dinner (fresh food and water) before I tuned out the lights, so I think the silkies have settled in. They'll get a little extra attention before I go to work tomorrow, just so that they know they're welcome.

Donnie - I think your silkies will enjoy their time here. The barn's pretty cozy and the babies out there are friendly but not in a nuisance sort of way. Let me know if your plans change for Saturday. As of now, I've got our meeting penciled in for 11:00.

It was tuf at the sale sat so manny folk's saling an not manny buying..Met Greybear that morning an bot some stuf from him..
Seen m.ruy ther with chick's egg's an some bird's..An a few more BYCer's out an about...
Feed is geting so hi alot of peep are cuting back that's why so manny bird's are on the market . This time of yr most peep have got rid of ther extra bird's an not manny to pick from
SEEN GoldRose at cement sale an bot some of her silky's in the auction.. The BYCer's wer put on the side line's wen the NN's sold boy did they go HI.
Every thing was Hi some was crazy i dont think thim folk's had ben to a sale or money was no object..
Sunday wasnt any better at the swap peep wer cuting ther prise's..
So any way i think it's going to get tuffer with hi gas prise's an the unemployment at a all time HI 8.9 going to bed didnt get to read back all the way to friday but seen some great pic's an home made incubator's that lookd great..
Durant show is coming up this WEEKin i no modern man an m.g An G.B1 is going . m.g an Jason said they went to the show at pryor an had a great time an seen junebug an Betsy an some more BYCer's ther...

Donnie - I'm headed west the week of Spring Break. I'm taking a banty roo by way of Blanchard, then two Polish down to Elgin, and then back to Grace's neck of the woods to pick up your birds, if you still need them picked up. I have visited via PM with Grace about the week of Spring Break (March 14 -18).
