Al just me, DH & DS, not to worry he is a teenager! LOL.

Wonder what I will do to entertain myself tomorrow? I plan to bake my ham but that won't take up much time & not much to do to it..... I'm thinking cookies.......no telling what eles.

I don't have much hope seeing as how the main is froze...

I think I burned myself...not a good idea to play in the cold and then throw wood on the fire and...yeah....that is starting to tickle

I have been playing around using starters and sponges for my breads lately, it still is a work in progress, I like the flavor of aged starters and ( Biga's ) as we say in Italian.

With all he record snowfalls I wouldn't think much of anythingwould be open! There comes a time when safety ha to take precedent over work unless it's life or death work! At least that's the way I feel. Sorry about the water problems Teach.do you have friends or family to stay with or is thereva motel in Hooker? Gotta to ruff when you got a couple of young ones around!,

Since I am just starting this whole bread making thing, I better not try anything new! I have made friendship bread from a starter but it was a while ago.

When you get it mastered you can share a start with me & the recipe!
