Morning! DH left early for Ash Wednesday services, so my entire morning was upside down. He rarely surfaces before I leave for work.

Robin - Donnie: The Silkies are doing great. They chatter when I come into the barn. Lucy laid an egg this morning, so I've put it into a carton for you, Donnie.

Came nose to nose with a possum early this morning. I think he was old and blind. I waved my feed bucket in front of his face and he didn't flinch. When I prodded him with a stick, he took off in the opposite direction like a stinky rocket. I've seen digging near some of the pens. Maybe I just met the culprit. He's going to get a shock (literally) if he gets any closer to the pens.

Yes very good point................ Nocityboy !!! you may also be required to purchase a Gov't health care plan for your chicken, and this chicken must be a member of the chicken Union.
