Ooooo, I'm interested.

PM me if you would like to make a connection in Meeker when the snow melts some.

beth will have first right of refusal.. it is for her daughter who is good at getting what she wants from me even when they aren't for sale. I have soft spot for kids especially girls, I definetly spoiled my two girls now that they are older I get to spoil everyone elses.
If you are interested in standard cochins though we do have plenty as never shut the incubators off.. They have been running non stop for two years now.

Defintely understood. Children involved in raising chicks is rewarding.
When the snow melts some (we have 7 inches and huge drifts in Meeker) we should visit. We have all standards in our hen house and have been wanting to add some more Cochins: Partridge, Black and Blue. I had a Cochin named Lacey for several years who was sooo gentle she would come sit in your lap. I grew up in Shawnee.

trying to keep me from drinking soda could get a person kicked!

The thing about studies is most are rigged...the research will show you that most snake bite victims are white males, 18-25, and alcohol was involved...I tell folks I can't be bitten because I am too old, don't drink much, and am peachy not white

Sorry I don't know the type of bird it is, just that it is pretty. Maybe someone else will know the type.

Beautiful pictures. The little red headed one is a Hollywood Finch. It often flocks with the Gold Finch. Love the pictures of the cardinals and the blackbirds too. But the Jay is my favorite. We don't get Blue Jays here very often.

Tina - long time no chat
Lynn wasn't trying to play with the snake as I recall - it surprised him. Teach is referring to Y chromosomes who double dog dare each other and get bit by the snake.

one of the blue NN roos you gave me has lost most of his red feathers - in all fairness, you are welcome to reclaim him if he is better for your blue NN project than the ones you kept. I am planning to keep him otherwise

The one I have, still has a lot of red. I do have a solid blue one left that is gonna have to be my breeder.
I might trade with you if you are wanting one that has more red.
As usual, I can't remember, but did you get 2 NN's or a NN and an EE from me.
