I work with those same people...before they get caught...but when I have them folks still worry about them so we do't work! I kinda like it...used to run hog farms...this kind of weather meant lots more work for me back then...had some friends that didn't make it out of time fast enough after one storm and the police turned them around and said roads closed...I was already down the road...

I saw several people with lots of experience answer that - sjarvis and BestyOK are two that I remember saying the 1/2 inch is best - anything smaller doesn't let the chicken poo fall through, I think they said. I think someone also said they put paper towels on it for the little chicks, but I might just have dreamed that part...

one of the blue NN roos you gave me has lost most of his red feathers - in all fairness, you are welcome to reclaim him if he is better for your blue NN project than the ones you kept. I am planning to keep him otherwise

The one I have, still has a lot of red. I do have a solid blue one left that is gonna have to be my breeder.
I might trade with you if you are wanting one that has more red.
As usual, I can't remember, but did you get 2 NN's or a NN and an EE from me.

You gave me 2 NN roos and one EE roo.

The other NN roo still has a lot of red in his saddle and neck. I only "need" one red and blue NN roo, but if you decide to reclaim the more blue NN roo, I would be happy to trade. I also have a frizzle NN roo that has blue and red (as near as I can figure out his colors)
