Hey guys, I am from Broken Bow and am interested in raising some show quality Ameraucana chickens for my kids to enter in the local fair. I am also interested in Wellsummers and Silver Spangled Hamburgs. I have always wanted to incubate eggs and finally built an incubator about a month ago. So far Ive hatched out 23 chicks 12 barnyards and 11 Barred Rocks. Most likely will let my boy show some of the Barred Rocks, but doubt that they are show quality.

If anybody knows where I can get some eggs for the breeds listed above please let me know. I kinda would prefer to obtain some locally because I didnt get a good hatch rate from the Barred Rocks that I bought off of Ebay.

I think Cuban Longtails who is usually on here has some good Barred Rocks.
She lives East of Antlers.
We have had a few others on here from your area but it has been quite a spell since they have posted.
I know a few people from that area as well, but it has been a while since I have talked to them.

i have one pullet left from my sq barred rocks from frank reese , and i have a roo coming to me from the same lines ( thanks again kathy ) and i have eggs coming from Christopher maddalena in california with sq barred rocks also , so i should have a few extra chicks from that hatch ....


i know okiehen is in spiro , she has welsummers and bantam silver spangled hamburgs , i would say i have welsummers but im working on building that flock back up again ... and as far as ameraucanas what colors are you looking for ?
