I refuse to answer how many birds i have! I refuse to even know exactly how many pens, breeds, types, or anything involving counting of animals! The only thing I know for sure about themis that I need a few more!

sonner your chicken math sounds like mine i lost count a long time ago all i know is im getting about 36 eggs a day and feeding frour five galon buckets of feed a day and that not counting the five galon bucket of starter for the 6 brooder pins and still i load my bators every week

I have never tried to introduce just one guinea - have always had several the same age and they would run together for about a month - separate from the established flock - then the next thing I would observe was them joined into a combined flock.

Under the circumstances, I would probably just let him/her hang out with the chickens if the chickens are in a separate area from the guineas.
BetsyOK is undoubtedly an expert on introducing guineas since she has raised them for so many years.
