hello all the okies in the byc, I am new and would love to chat with all you. Been keeping chickens for the last couple of years. We have 5 barred rocks, 2 production reds, 2 RIR'S, 2EE, and a BLR wyandotte, as well as a
black astralaurp roo and a barred rock roo.

Hello all. I finally got to go back to work today. I played the pretend you're not really hurt game. I was informed that I could not work if the doctor put me on any kind of lift restriction. Funny thing is I don't generally have to lift anything on a regular basis. So I convinced the doc to not put me on any kind of lift restriction and I just didn't let anyone know just how bad my shoulder hurt all day.


Grace I would like some more info on the silver duckwings. I'm thinking of adding a few to my flock.


Ooh I almost forgot to tell you guys, my Seramas have finally started laying again. I've gotta get an incubator set up. I'm gonna set some Serama eggs and Silver Duckwing eggs.

Evening everyone, we are going to have to protest the use of corn for gas, these feed prices are outta control. Got feed today and the price has gone up again since just a month ago. Their excuse " the price of a bushel of corn went up". Wow, and people wonder why we have to charge so much for eggs. Sometimes I just want to tell em get your eggs at walmart. Sorry, Just had to rant a little about that.

I'm already trying to buy 100% gasoline when I can. There aren't many places that offer it around here.
