Al, and anyone else breeding white, and or pearle white you may find an article in this months exihibition poultry e-zine a very good read. http://www.exhibitionpoultry.net/ it is a free publication that always includes great articles, how to's breeding tips for everything from colors to egg production.

Hey everyone!

Yes I am still alive. Been really sick but I think I will live. Been missing everyone terribly so I am planning on heading to Cement to the auction tonight. Sounds like Al, Carla and Gerald is going to be there, who else is coming???

FYI, I have the quarantine pen set up and ready, the incubator is set and ready and the brooders are set up and ready, All systems are go!

Oh I have some young birds that are cochin/ee crosses that I am wanting to sell if anyone is interested. The pullets should start laying soon and I have a sweet rooster who is just handsome. They have beards, feathered legs and willow colored legs. If it was not for the color of their legs and missing an extra toe they would look just like black or blue favorelles. Anyway you all know I free range and I am not quite sure who mom and dad are so they need to be rehomed to someone who wants pretty birds but doesn't care so much about pedigree. I will make you a good deal otherwise they are going to the auction in a couple of weeks.

Well still have some chores to do before I head out to the auction. May have to stop at Atwoods on the way out so need to plan for some extra time for that. Heard they may have baby chicks.

Like I need that. hehehe

Yeah I was thinking about that. The Atwoods in Chickasha is also a lot bigger then the one in Norman is. Well it was, they are working real hard on expanding the Norman store. Of which I am very grateful.
