does anyone know of any breeders of Spangled Cornish Bantams around okie land? The wife recently got a pair of white laced reds, and she is wanting to add a pair of spangles to it...

I asked this question on another thread and got no response, so I thought I'd try my OKIE friends. I have a GLW hatchery chick that will be 4 weeks old on Thursday. Problem is, she has only started to develop the tips of her wing feathers and still has chick fuzz on the rest of her body. She is the same size as some of the other breed chicks I have and she seems very healthy, just no feathers yet. Is this breed slow to feather out or should I be concerned?
