So the first thing I click on is taking you off my friends list HAHA
 
Oh man, I forgot to ask in the earlier post.

The space where we are thinking of putting the coop is next to/partially under some HUGE pine trees. Any reason why this would not be good for chickens? The tines that fall on the ground was my first thought. Could they hurt their feet?

not bringing any scovies to POOPS..these belong to a friend....


I don't see an issue either cayuse but you can take my experience with pines and throw it a long ways cuz it is none! Well..not exactly none but it might as well be!
