Not sure if I'm in the right spot, I'm still new here. Can anyone tell me what I can feed my male ducks. I've got an Atwoods & a coop near me. I'm temporarily feeding Mazuri Waterfowl Maintenance, but it's sooo expensive. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me with an alternative feed plan. All advice is welcomed.

It depends on their age. We usually feed Ducklings game bird starter. They don't need the medicated feed. After they get up to where they are running in the yard we use all purpose 16% and they do fine. You can feed them chopped corn as a treat if you want to. It is a little cheaper but they still need some protein.

Welcome to the best thread on the the BYC forum.

I have taken away cell phones, computer, tv, car keys and grounded to the house and to the bedroom before. Or I have given plenty of chores and yard work to do. Another thing I have done is take away something he is wanting to do like go to a friend's house or a school function if necessary. That testosterone overloads their brains and they can't handle it that's for sure! Anyway, I've been down this path with a daughter and a son and I feel your anguish...

I don't know Greybear it sure is not like him to go awol this long! I don't have any ideals on the boy,I sure wish ours was young enough to throttle! If he was close enough it wouldn't matter,I'd throttle him any way! Some of them just never grow up!There we go,another similarity!lol

Teach these two g.pigs are girls and really neat pastel colors but they are over a year so I'm afraid I won't be able to breed them! I have three that I am waiting on to pop!

I was just thinking of that quote while looking at the lake that was my back yard.

I hope they stay in the clouds where they belong.
