howdy all, I was just catching up on the day and had a thought about the game hens not laying. I'm not a game chicken breeder but I have a few different breeds of them. It was my belief that they lay a clutch then stop for a while to allow for the incubation, after that period they would lay again for a while. Could you folks be seeing that happening? Seems like you are all feeding better than average diets. I like to mix my own feeds too but I don't think it helps or hurts with the heavy breeds laying, just makes us feel better. Just a thought.
