Okra

My okra seems to be dying from the bottom of the stem flowing up toward the top. I do not understand this? Anyone know?

I would say its damping off. Too much water. The wilts don't usually affect the stems.

Could you send a picture? It would be a great help. I have about 20 okra plants right now. Love the stuff even though it's not doing too well. I think it's because the soil holds too much water, that and all the water we've been getting...
