Olandsk Dwarf Chickens

Those are very nice looking birds. How old are they? I just received a trio from greenfire and don't know how old they are but they look about the same size as yours so if I knew how old yours were I could take a decent guess.

Okay, our trio should be here next week.....anyone have some hatching eggs we can put in the incubator to add to the new flock?

If you are referring to the pullets in the picture I posted about a week ago, they were about 18 - 20 weeks old in that picture. Would love to see pics of the trio that you received from greenfire!

Oh sorry I was talking about contrastphoto's trio but heres a pic of mine anyway. Or if you could help me out with age that would great.

Cute!! I got mine as an older trio too and I am not 100% sure of age.

Ps I was born and raised near Harrisburg, Pa. In fact I picked my trio up in Williamsport, Pa while I was visiting in July.

Based on the photo I would guess somewhere around 8-10 weeks old. I'll go back through photos to see if I can find one that looks similar, check the date stamp, and figure out how old my birds were when they were at a similar stage of development.

eta - really nice looking birds, by the way!

Contemplating coop space....what's bigger, Olandsk or Icelandic? (My Icies are still babies)
I would say you could fit about 3 Olandsks into an Icelandic. You would have to turn them this way and that, but if arranged properly they would fit.
