Old Bomb Shelter As Quail Pen?

Hi guys ive kept quail before but Ive moved to a new house and it has an old brick bunker outside. I was thinking of keeping quail in there but ive seen a few people mention lighting :/ I intend to keep straw and sawdust on the floor so it is easy to sweep up x
