I think I intend to do the copper one time a year for most of the does, but the one that is scrawny and the older one, twice. The scrwny one not pictured, is bottom of totem pole so I am sure its a fight for her to get the minerals as it is for the feed. Its not a goat I can just walk up to get do anything with without a fight, as she comes at you teeth bared. Little boy that had her as a yearling thought it was sunny for her to do that so he encouraged it. Now its a big problem when it comes to working with her.
I have the bolus now and cannot figure how people would have a hard time getting those rods into the goats? They are TINY, mixing in with molasses and sweet feed would go right down I would imagine without even them noticing.
