Old English Bantam: male or female?

this is illyana, we think she might be a he. She’s about 8 weeks old and showing some roo traits, but we thought we’d come here and ask to be sure. We can’t have roosters in our city so we are planning to take her to a friend who lives outside the city if she is in fact a he.
