Old enough to go onto the pond?

Hello there! I have 3 and a half baby old goslings and ducklings. I was wondering if I can start letting them out onto the pond? I have a little pen is connected to the land

a little bit of the water. That leads to a small coop. The coop is a 3x3 space. I can run a heat lamp out there.

Thank you. @Miss Lydia would know but I don't think so. I don't have ducks but I don't think they are feathered enough to go in the water yet.

Yep, way too young to be out there all day and the OP says there are snapper's in the pond.

I sure wouldn’t put mine out there you will be feeding the snapping turtles and mink too.

My ducks went in the pond when their were pretty close to being fully feathered. But for now I would just set up a kiddie pool or a big but sort of shallow container of water. Make sure you glance at them every once and a while to make sure their okay. Good luck!
