Old enough?

Does this chick look old enough to join the flock? Not sure how old he/she is

I don't think it really matters the age too much. What matters is how you integrated him. I've had 3 weeks old chicks with my 3 year old hens before but we started integrating from day 1. How have you done the integration? Is this the only chick this age?
