My new peeps after a bad experiece with an incy. Only one silver Ameraucana hatched!

Watched her lead everyone out so I grabbed a couple and carefully walked them up the ramp. Maybe tonight will go easier. Just hope she isn't hunkered down under the coop since I get home late from my daughter's soccer match.

I snatched and put momma and a couple of babies in the coop. A few went up the ramp all by themselves, but some I helped up. Not too bad for under 1 week olds.

Momma is out in the run with all six girls. Everyone else stays away from Bunny. She even pecked my lead pullet Snow White for coming too close. That was living dangerously. No body pecks Snow without getting a beat down, but Snow just walked away as if to say, no problem momma.

She fluffed and growled a bit when I swapped out the wooden eggs for real ones, but she settled right back on them and hasn't budged since. She looks a lot like Johnn's broody.

Will let yous know how I get on with the chicks tomorrow night but I can not go to see her through the day and I'm scared that she stops sitting. She was still very broody today so do yous think she will still be sitting?
