I'm wondering how much they even need a broody with this weather! Did you get any of that storm that blew through Friday night and took out most of WV power lines?
How did you manage to miss out on all the storms A? or did you ? I know we are having temps into the mid 90's crazy for the mountains and I haven't seen one of my mamas having to sit and warm their tiny ones.

Oh yeah we had awful thunder storms Friday night. Lost power about 11pm got it back at 3:30pm on Saturday. We were so glad we bought a used generator in the winter. It worked great. I told my DH that I'm going to buy one of those window air conditioner units in case we have a repeat of this past weekend. It got up to 90F inside with the whole house fan on high before the power finally came back and AC started working. The it took all night to cool back down. Some nearby still don't hae power. My DHs office is still not up. We get up fast because we're near the Navy Base. There are some benefits to living here. :)

Thankfully we didn't personally have any tree damage, but lots of people in this area did. What about you?

Is it at least dropping at night? I've noticed we're still holding in the 70s at night. Solve just left all their windows open all night long. They have 1/4" hardware cloth as screening.
