Old incubator, how to work it

I am going to Try this. It seems to come on, but how does it work? How to change temperature? What's the light for

Must be a way... is the thermostat the wafer style? Turning clockwise should be hotter. Counterclockwise cooler.. that be my guess

That's what I thought but found out its backwards. The thermostat is round and looks like a pulley

Ok great.. so you got it working then? Turner work?

I think so it dropped down to 97° with 63H on it so eggs not in yet. Not sure if it would be good yet. I'm not sure. I don't want to put them in yet, because I don't think know I'm supposed to put them in until late I get it to stay at 99 at least right?
