You've been given some great advice above. I think this is a case of stress along with molting. I think time will return your birds to peak shape, hens require good health and proper environment to lay as they draw the necessary nutrients from their bodies to produce eggs. Next spring should start up the laying. Also, make sure your birds are not crowded in, 5 sq ft per bird in the coop, 10 sq ft per bird in the run. If they feel cramped, they will cease to lay.
