Great opinions on this topic. I like old books. Things have changed alot in one hundred years. Always intrigues me how old timers did stuff. Ryan
 
I love the idea of 10 square feet per bird for indoor birds - and i shudder to think what commercial laying conditions are now. They probably get 10 birds in 10 square feet.
