Hi,
Need help on what needs to be done to my old shed. I plan on removing old warped floor boards, laying a concrete block foundation around the inside perimeter and filling with a mix of ground rock (well fines) and cement. Then adding rigid foam insuation to stud bays and ceiling and covering with thin plywood. Then add a passive roof vent or vent fan not sure. As for details on inside boxes, perches and poop trays, I have no clue. Or, we have this boat trailer (see pics) and lots of land so we are open to suggestions on how best to proceed.
Here's our album:

Hello and

from Southern PA!

Try browsing around in the coops section - you will get lots of great ideas!!

I would continue on the path your going. As you get further along and need help, just reply back here. You got the makings of a good coop. A good deal of work is already done. Of course not all of it. Where would the fun be in that? :)
