old turkey???

I have a Bronze tom that is 9 months old. I'd like to butcher him but I'm not sure if he's to old to eat. Any advice????

Go for it. He may be just a little bit firm by that age, but a nice slow cook will fix that no problem. He'll be delicious!

They're usually mature enough to eat by then. He's really around the perfect age to butcher.
