Old West Coop need names

Hubby is in the process of building a coop for my seramas, it is in the style of an old west town I was hoping for some ideas from you all to name the stores in town, so far my suggestions from friends and family include:

Hotel Serama

Omelet Cafe

Cuckoo Cafe

Bird Bath Saloon and Birdello

Over Easy Saloon and Birdello

Nesters Emporium

Feathered Nest Dressmaker

There will be a jail and sheriffs office also but no name yet
