There will be another show on April 4th in Winston-Salem, though. I think that one will be close to the 30 day mark.

what steps do you have to go through if you want to sell chickens there

You will have to get them blood tested by one of the testers before you will be allowed to sell. Then you set up your birds outside so people can see them. I would suggest that you name your price and stick to it. I bought a pair or birds last year for $20 and found out later than another person got them for $5 a pair.
