My old hens have stopped laying since the new chickens came, they have been here for a week and the old ones are STILL pecking the new pullets! What should I do?

Disruptions can cause the layers to stop laying, especially if they are stressing. A week may not be enough time for them to adjust to the newer pullets. As for them still pecking at them, sounds like they are either trying to establish a pecking order or they are crowded? How many do you have total now, what size is the coop & run, or do they free range?
Did you quarantine the pullets?

No, I did not quarantine the new pullets, there is LOTS of space, they free range once a week, and their house is a stable, and it as double outside space. It's huge, but the older hens are pecking the younger ones, but they are NOT pecking back! Is this normal?
