Back in Feb I bought two mixed Chics that were thought to be part BR. Throughout the last several months they've looked a lot like BR with exception of their combs (rose) and their leg color. Today one of the laid their first egg and what do you know!? Olive color! Anyone have any mixes like these? If so, if I breed them with a blue egg layer rooster will the offspring continue the Olive egg color?
