Olive egger guy or gal?

If it is 10 weeks then it isn't close to laying. At that age, the comb and thick legs could indicate a cockerel, or maybe not. This is one of those chickens that is going to take a while longer than usual to be sure about, in my opinion. If the comb grows larger and redder in the next 2 or 3 weeks, then it's probably male. If the comb doesn't change much in the next 2 or 3 weeks, then probably a pullet.

Most EE's don't start laying until 7 months, so I doubt it's a pullet close to laying. That comb is pretty red and those legs are super thick for 10 weeks, so I'm guessing cockerel. Give it a few more weeks to see if any male feathering develops though.
