How old is it? Looks like a she so far. According to their website, Meyer is making some Olive Eggers using Cream Legbars which often give the chicks little crests, there's been a couple more on BYC https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/870546/olive-egger and

Lol, that looks like some of the Polish mixed chicks I have hatched. I've never kept any of them crossed with the EE though. I would guess pullet.

Yeah, she's probably a cream legbar/marans mix. The legbar will give them the little crests

We have a young roo that looks identical to her! I bought some polish and marans chicks from a breeder locally and she threw him in as a freebie because she wasn't sure what he was. As he grew, we still aren't sure. She has polish, but everyone is penned separately, so we're not sure who was sneaking around!
