Olive Egger Questions?

I am thinking about starting some Olive Eggers, but I cannot decide on the Roo. I know Black Copper Marans lay the darkest eggs but I am in love with the Blue Copper Marans. I have seen some Blue Copper eggs that are pretty dark. Has anyone used a Blue Copper? Should I just go with a Black Copper? Or just totally dependent on the egg genetics of the rooster?

Either one you’ve preferred will be ok, on my Olive Eggers, the roo are FBCMs but I also have the blue, both works good.
