Second day...already swollen and obvious infection. Applied neosporen with a crushed nitro tablet and bandage. Chills begin. Tylenol and Benedryl.

Third day still swollen, itches like crazy. Fever of 100.8. Necrosis is limited. Dr sent script for antibiotics and a tetanus shot. Still putting on the paste of Neosporan and nitro.

Day five. Temperature is normal. Swelling is gone and the areas are drying out some. Doc says these will peel and will scar but not too bad. Still on the antibiotics and watching for any
infection near the tendons.
