I would place the intestines up by the navel, put some damp paper towel and then saran wrap around it's body (under the wings if possible). Make sure you keep it warm but not too warm - maybe but it back in the 'bator? I think that would be the best or make sure you have a thermometer in/near the little bowl you have it in.

This isn't his vent, he can poop. This is coming out of it's naval, belly button area.

If that is not coming out of the vent then just leave it very loosely bandaged (you don't want it to drag) until it is absorbed or dries up. I am sending you lots of best wishes!!!!

Oh I was talking about putting intestines back in had it been the vent, which I misunderstood someone as saying.

I THINK my SIL told me about this.....wrap a wet paper towel around it (the chick and the intestines?) and wait for it to absorb?
