From my plastic crate broody hen. But how long will she protect this baby from the rest of the flock? Or should I take him up and put him in a brooder? Do the eggs all hatch on the same day, or should I expect a few more hatchlings? This is my first hatching sucess.....although I've never tried before, either.
Now what?

If the eggs are all started at the same time to incubate then they hatch about the same time/day. In your picture it looks as though the hen is off the nest with the chick. If so, there will be no more hatching. If your other birds are aggressive, I'd remove the chick or separate the hen and chick so the chick is safe. If there isn't overly aggressive behavior towards the hen and chick, she probably would do just fine as is.

She was off by went back on. I had to put the little fella in with her.

I'd take it. If left like said the hen probably wont keep setting and the others may kill it. Be warned one chick taken from its mom will probably be quite loud

So when do I dispose of the remaining eggs on the nest? And will she hold up
In the box with the chick or go ranging?

Candle them and see or I'd wait like 3 or so days. I'd prefer to candle cause one time after a few days I was about to throw an egg that didnt hatch and I heard a cheep. It had a chick in it and it hatched that night

I had a black tailed Japanese bantam setting on 6 eggs she hatched 4 and got off the nest. She had 2 eggs remaining that were pipped and luckily I had an incubator going with goose and duck eggs so put them in with them. They hatched the next day one chick had to be helped because dried out but I got them eating and drinking and put back in with the hen and by the next morning couldn't tell which was which. All six chicks are well and healthy so if you have to take the one chick to get her to hatch the others you can always put back with the mom. She is in with the other chickens she was with when started setting. Just make sure chicks can't get out of pen is my only suggestion.
