OMG, crooked beeak!

I have one turken who was hatch on march 29. He is super healthy but I just realized he has the slightest crooked beak!!!!!!!! Will it get worse?! I mean, he isnt that young anymore. ughhhhhh I dont want my chicken with a croooked beak. I know most crooked beaked chickens get around find but............... idk. how do I fix it? Can I catch it quick? I am giving him poly vi sol if that helps. What causes this to happen?
