Found a yellow rat snake with an egg in it this morning, it's now dead. As long as they don't try and eat my eggs then I leave them alone. I figure that once they find an easy meal they'll be back and I'm not sharing. This was the first yellow that we've seen in the yard though, we know we have at least 1 black snake and I'd prefer him to stay.
