Omg I need help NOW with my egg!!!

Okay so right now I have a quail egg in an incubator and it has pipped it is day 20 but it has not internal pipped nor has it piped in the air cell it is not peeping at all I've never heard it peep and because of the quarantine I've been right next to it what do I do should I drill on a safety hole? I am scared to do so please help!! this is all happening very fast this morning I did not see anything!?!! Help what is going on.

I’ve learned if they can’t come out on their own usually something is wrong with the chick. Let nature take its course.
It's already pipped but it hasn't broken into the egg cell do you think it'll still be able to unzip? Also do I need to put the egg on a flat grippy surface? sorry I'm doing this so fast I'm just very nervous this is the first time I have hatched an egg in an incubator.

Okay I will just leave it alone and watch that seems like a good idea.
