You're thinking of Deathly Hallows...they're splitting Deathly Hallows into two, but the movie coming out is Half Blood Prince.

I'm kinda happy they're splitting Deathly Hallows into two...just so they can drag it out. Then my HP fix doesn't die out too soon.

haha oooh. lol dumb me

I love Harry Potter! I'm looking forward to this movie too, but will have to remember not to reread the book before I go to the movie. Last time I was sooooo disappointed because of how different it was from the book.

We love Harry Potter. Me nad my husband got into it when my step son started reading the books. I have now read them all at least twice and some of them three times. This is one movie we will go see on opening night.

eh the books are better than the movies always. The Eragon book was AWSOME and the movie came out and they mixed all the cities up and everything and the shade didn't ride that big black cloud monster thing and Saphira did NOT grow up that quick Id rather watch her grow and stuff, hopefully they don't allow the same director if they do the next book.

I can take it or leave it... maybe I should have read the books.

You should. I read the books because some relatives were all freaked out about witch craft in the books. I read them before letting my oldest son read them just to see if there was really anything I should be concerned about. I got totally hooked!!!

You should definitely read the books. I started reading them when the fourth one came out I think. By the time the 6th one was released, I was hooked on them enough to sit at the bookstore from 11pm-1:30am waiting for my copy. My husband thinks I'm nuts, but he isn't an avid reader like I am.

A few years ago I asked a friend of mine if she had taken her kids yet (to see the latest HP movie.) I was quite taken aback when she said that their priest had told the congregation not to see the movies. Up until then, I had no idea that anyone had any problems with those books/movies. Anyways, I told her that she should see the movie on her own, I've known her since we were 13, I Knew she'd love it. IF the series had come out when we were kids, she'd be a complete HP freak! She decided to take her kids after watching the movie on her own. Oh, and I found a really neat book written by a christian minister, in defense of Harry Potter.
It's called God, The Devil & Harry Potter. By John Killinger.
I highly recommend it if anyone's family is giving them grief. or even if not, I found it quite interesting.
