Ebay has lots of Hovas for sale, most of them new. I buy secondhand all the time, and with incubators a good clean and check is all that's usually necessary.

Sometimes a good idea to have two thermometers in the bator... I had a digital that said it spiked to 157°F...

Turned out the battery was going. It never got over 101°F. Your hatch may still make it, but delayed a day or so... just DO NOT TOUCH THEM once you up the humidity near the end.
