OMG! Please help! Something is horribly wrong with her back end!

My daughter noticed a bulge on the back end of my Australorp hen and I thought she was egg bound but upon further investigation I don't know what's wrong with her. I am posting some pictures below. Please help!

We just read something about that.. a prolapse oviduct..I can't find the article, but if you search that it might help. Hope it heals up!
