OMG!!! That is so gross!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm blissfully making Jax his various special foods tonight.
Kibble gravy, check. Doggie cookies, check.
Time to make the liver baits.
Why oh why didn't anyone warn me how utterly disgusting pureed liver looks as it's coming out of the grinder?!?!

I knew enough to get my DH to grind it. I'm not the squeamish type, but I can't do liver.
I made the mistake of watching.

Spreading it on the baking sheet was almost as bad!
DH's comment about liver looking like chocolate pudding didn't help.

BTW..... smells worse when it's cooking, especially if you are baking liver snaps.
